Mosquito Control

Spraying the air is close to useless. Adult mosquitoes are strong fliers, so killing the ones in front of you does nothing about the ones coming from next door. Lasting relief comes from treating where they spend the day resting and where their larvae are developing.

In Arizona, standing water is the whole game. It doesn't take a pond — clogged gutters, plant saucers, irrigation basins, pet bowls, pool covers holding rainwater, and even drip-line puddles are enough to produce generations of mosquitoes. Shade matters too, which is why dense shrubs against a north wall and under decks are the first places we look.

That's why a mosquito service here is a property walk and a source reduction first, treatment second. When the breeding cycle is broken at the source, the biting pressure drops in a way that fogging alone never achieves.
